About Integrated Property Solutions

Integrated Property Solutions (IPS) has grown through a mixture of acquisition and strong business growth. In 2008 IPS purchased Emergency Cleaning Services and rebranded it as Emergency Property Solutions, to become a ‘One-Stop-Shop’ – able to act as a rapid-response, damage management and property restoration organisation, while also providing an ongoing, high-level, specialist cleaning and maintenance service to commercial, industrial and corporate clients.

In March 2015 the decision was made to bring the business back under the Integrated Property Solutions banner. Today, IPS delivers professional property maintenance solutions to a range of customers, including Federal, State and Local Government, facility & property managers, developers, aged-care providers and other cleaning companies.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of service for all our clients, regardless of size, which we believe to be the key to delivering successful, cost-effective solutions, time and time again.
