Due to the importance of keeping up personal hygiene and sanitation during the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus) the only way to reduce the risk of infection is to make sure your business/property is to get a professional sanitized infection clean of the building. Using hand sanitizer and disinfectants can help, But will not protect all areas of the room.
As a company we undertake a wide variety of Specialised Industrial Cleaning task, these include Mould Remediation, Fire and Water Restoration, Methlab, Pathological Clean-ups including Crime and Trauma Cleaning for SAPOL, Victims of Crime, Corrections and bird waste clean ups. The training for mould, fire and water restoration internationally certified by the Institute for Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification. Hence our status as a IICRC Certified Firm one of only 7 in South Australia.
IPS undertook training with SA Health as part of our preparation for the SARS virus in 2015. This training was undertaken to enable IPS to be one of the nominated response contractors for a SARS incident should SA Health have needed a clean-up.
Why we have all the certifications
Here at IPS we often work with clients who have very specialised requirements, one of these specialised areas involve Infection Control on our pathological jobs. As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring we conduct our works in the safest (for our team and the public) manner, led to our Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for Donning and Doffing our protective suits reviewed by SA Health.
We have also completed a number of specialised cleaning tasks for Spotless which include the Hampstead Primary School Fire Clean-up in January this year. Hamilton High School Science Labs, Prospect Primary School class rooms over the last few years back. We have also undertaken specialist cleaning tasks for DPTI at the SA Aquatic Sciences Centre.
